T.I.P. ranks 7th place in Survey

In a recent survey, the Technological Institute of the Philippines (T.I.P.) was once again in the top ten most preferred schools to hire fresh graduates from by employers, placing 7th in the above mentioned survey. T.I.P. also ranked 2nd for the most preferred schools in the Engineering Industry. T.I.P.’s consistent placing in the Jobstreet survey bolsters the school’s commitment to provide quality engineering and technology education.

The survey was conducted last February 2018 wherein 503 employers from various parts of the country rated particular qualities they look for in fresh graduate hires. Some of these factors include - good work ethic, communication skills, analytical thinking, skills task management efficiency, and leadership potential. Employers pointed out that on top of these qualities they source hires from particular institutions because of the schools’ reputation for producing quality graduates.

Through its outcomes-based model of education, local and international accreditations and certifications, and its new thrust on technopreneurship, T.I.P. graduates are trained to exhibit a high level of industry-desired values such as competency, determination, and adaptability as they join the work force. Moreover, T.I.P. graduates are equipped with the skills and desire to solve problems and contribute to society.
